Adair Concepts is a family-owned, Houston-based restaurant group that opened its’ first restaurant, Skeeter's Mesquite Grill, in 1988. Over the last 29 years the group has expanded to include Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, a Houston Tex-Mex staple since 1970, and Adair Kitchen, an American bistro started by the Adair children in conjunction with Adair Family Restaurants. 2016 was a busy year for Adair Concepts with the openings of two new River Oaks concepts, Eloise Nichols Grill + Liquors and BEBIDAS Juice. Coffee & Bites. Adair Family Restaurants now owns and operates eleven Houston area restaurants and happily works daily to bring quality and community to friends and neighbors.
